DLC  Coating is used in various applications to enhance, for example, sliding properties. In addition, other important characteristics are high hardness, low coefficient of friction and high performance in corrosive environments.

We offer various models of DLC coating systems, giving the customer an opportunity to install other technologies over time.

DLC coatings can also be used for decorative black applications with special hardness characteristics.

Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) Coating Machine

PVD – which stands for Physical Vapour Deposition – is an environmentally friendly high-vacuum coating technology based on thin film deposition on different types of materials in the presence of plasma.

During the process, in a vacuum chamber, various metals – such as titanium, zirconium and chromium – are vaporised and then condensed on the product surface, combining with the process gas to create the desired coating.

Cathodic Arc Evaporation Process (CAE) :

CAE process is the most widely used in PVD coatings. In these processes, an electric arc moves across the surface of the solid metal (target) causing the metal to sublimate. The highly ionised evaporated metal combines with the process gas (in the form of plasma) to create a thin film deposit on products rotating in the vacuum chamber. The CAE target can be circular or rectangular.

MS technology:

Magnetron Sputtering process accelerated Argon ions impact on the solid metal (target) causing the material to evaporate through mechanical action. There are several possible Magnetron Sputtering configurations, depending on the power source and magnetic field configuration:

1. Balanced Magnetron Sputtering

2. Unbalanced Magnetron Sputtering (UBM)

3. Dual Magnetron Sputtering (DMS)

4. RF Magnetron Sputtering

5. HiPIMS (also DMS)

The target shape can be rectangular, planar, circular or even cylindrical.

Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition (PECVD) Coating Machine

PECVD – which stands for Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition – is another high-vacuum coating technology based on thin film deposition. In PECVD coatings, the coating material is contained in the molecules (precursors) in the form of gas or vapour.

DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) :

DLC is a classic coating using PECVD technology. DLC is used in various applications to enhance, for example, sliding properties. In addition, other important characteristics are high hardness, low coefficient of friction and high performance in corrosive environments. DLC coatings can also be used for decorative black applications with special hardness characteristics.

Ion Shield Protection coating machine:

Ion Shield Protection coatings are a family of technical and decorative thin films with advanced properties.

Nanotechnology for antibacterial, fungicidal and antiviral coatings in thin films

Antibacterial and antiviral coating machine:

The antibacterial PVD coating is an effective coating with several essential characteristics for humans.
Antibacterial, antiviral and fungicidal coatings combined in a single solution. This coating provides not only functional properties, but also aesthetic ones, as it is a PVD coating
